The site for this project is located at Peckham Platform, Peckham. This project provides a sustainable method for the resident’s in Peckham to not delve into over consumption for everyday objects that are rarely used. Therefore, instead of purchasing a tool for instance that would be used once a year, I have introduced a ‘Borrowers Library’, where objects are taken out on a loan - within a time scale. Located directly in front of the Peckham library and the high street, it’s the optimal location for the project where Peckham is known for their local street artists and temporary pavilions that can be supported by this proposal.
